The Business Law course provides students with an understanding of the legal principles governing business organizations. The course covers topics such as company law, partnership law, and insolvency law.
The Commercial Law course covers the legal principles governing commercial transactions. The course covers topics such as the law of sale, the law of agency, and the law of carriage of goods.
The Contract Law course covers the legal principles governing the formation and performance of contracts. The course covers topics such as offer and acceptance, consideration, and mistake.
The Employment Law course covers the legal principles governing the employment relationship. The course covers topics such as the law of dismissal, the law of discrimination, and the law of wages.

Department of Education and Social Sciences
The Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) at the University of Southern Queensland is a four-year program that will prepare you to teach in early childhood and primary settings. You will learn about child development, pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and planning, and gain practical experience in a variety of educational settings.
The Bachelor of Education (Secondary) at the University of Southern Queensland is a four-year program that will prepare you to teach in secondary schools. You will learn about adolescent development, pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and planning, and gain practical experience in a variety of educational settings.
The Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies at the University of Southern Queensland is a three-year program that will provide you with a broad understanding of education. You will study a range of topics including the history and philosophy of education, sociology of education, psychology of learning, and curriculum and pedagogy. This program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to pursue a career in education, or to continue your studies at a postgraduate level.
Department of Health, Engineering, and Sciences
The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) offers a range of courses in health, engineering and sciences.
