If both the candidates score the same in Section 1, then the one scoring higher in Biology, followed by Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics will be ranked higher. If the score in each of these sections still remains the same, then the candidate holding English proficiency certificate (IELTS/TOEFL) will be ranked high.
